Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and if approved, we'll provide you with a return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method or 4 days if you choose store credit. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction.

Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact your local carrier directly.

Our jewelry is made from certified ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, meaning that it won't tarnish, rust, or react with water, sweat, or chlorine.
But, that doesn't mean you shouldn't clean it every now and then as dirt and grime can dim the jewelry's shine and lead to bacteria build-up.
To clean, soak in a bowl with warm water and a few drops of gentle soap, then pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or acetone, and store in a dry and cool place when not wearing.
A note on our gold pieces: our PVD gold finish is far more durable than standard gold plating, but with heavy daily wear over time, some gradual fading in high-friction areas is normal. To keep the finish looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals and store your pieces separately to prevent scratching. If the coating does wear down, the titanium underneath is still 100% safe and hypoallergenic—your ears will always be safe!
